Locating your transaction history

To begin, access your transaction history through the profile tab located at the bottom right of the Magic Eden Wallet interface.

Accessing transaction details

Click on the History button within your profile tab to reveal a comprehensive list of all your transactions within Magic Eden Wallet.

Identifying pending swaps

If you're troubleshooting a swap that hasn't reflected in your wallet, look for it in the Pending state within your transaction history.

Investigating the pending swap

Click on the specific Pending swap to access detailed information, including the amount of the chosen currency, the transaction date and time, and its current status.

Retrieving Order ID and Deposit ID

Within the swap details, locate the Order ID and Deposit ID. Use the convenient copy button to save this crucial information for your communication with our customer service representative.
