Users will often have multiple wallets installed. This can cause issues when connecting with dApps and Web3 applications with the dApps interacting with the undesired wallet. Magic Eden allows you to "prioritize" the Magic Eden app so that your Magic Eden app is set as your default wallet.
The 'Prioritize Magic Eden' feature is only available on Browser Extension.
How to activate the 'Prioritize Magic Eden' function
Within the Magic Eden App, click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the Portfolio or Discover page.
Within the "General" section of the Settings page, you will find 'Prioritize Magic Eden'. Toggle the switch to turn on this feature and make it your default wallet.
Confirm you want to set Magic Eden as your default wallet and press the "Set" button.
Connecting when the Magic Eden app is not listed
If the Magic Eden app is not on the list of supported wallets for a dApp or Web3 application, you can use the "Prioritize Magic Eden" feature as a way to connect.
