Step-by-step guide to downloading a Safe Report
Open the Magic Eden App
On the Home page within the Magic Eden App, select the profile icon or name at the top left corner
Access account settings
Once in on the Accounts page, select the settings gear icon
Open advanced settings
Within the settings. scroll down and select the Advanced button at the bottom of the menu.
Download the Safe Report
Click on Download Safe Report to generate the report.
Share the file
Once the report is downloaded, you can easily share the file with our support team or anyone else assisting you with the issue.
