Magic Eden App allows you to easily export your Taproot address to another wallet using your private key.

How to find your Taproot private keys

Navigate to settings

Enter the app's settings and click on 'Back Up' in the Security section. Click on "View Recovery Phrase".

Enter the Private Key page

You will be taken to the Recovery Phrase page. Here you should see a Key icon on the top right corner if you have completed the Back Up flow for your recovery phrase. Click the key icon to enter the Private Key page.

Don't see the Key icon? Please first complete the Back Up flow by clicking "Continue" on the Recovery Phrase page. The Key icon will appear after.

Select Bitcoin network

On the Private Key page, you can select the network of the private key you wish to view using the dropdown menu. To view your Taproot private key, select Bitcoin from the downdown menu.

Manually copy Private Key

Press the 'View Key' button to view your Taproot private key. Your Taproot private key will be clearly labeled and is different from the private key for your Bitcoin payment address. Your private key may initially show only a portion of the private key with it ending in "...". To view the full private key, press the area holding the private key.

We do not allow you to copy and paste the private key to your device's clipboard for safety reasons. You will need to manually copy your private key by writing it down.

Please note that the private key is case sensitive.
