In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to retrieve your Order ID. The Order ID is a unique identifier that support can use to look up your swap transaction.
Accessing the swaps
Navigate to the swaps page.
Locating your swap history
To view your swap History, select the ‘History’ tab. This will display a view of all swaps performed on Magic Eden from your active account.
Viewing swap details
Click on a specific swap to access detailed information, including the amount of the chosen currency, the transaction date and time, and its current status. A swap will show as Pending, Complete, or Failed.
Retrieving your order ID
Within the swap details, locate the Order ID line. Click the copy button to copy this information for your communication with our customer service representative.
The Order ID will be made up of numbers and letters in a format similar to this example ID: 20b54ac6-b5a4-4076-9zab-d1fee4eb5823
