Swap Order IDs are used by our team to identify your swap transaction. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to retrieve your Order ID from within the Magic Eden app, ensuring efficient support for any swap-related issues.
Note: Order ID is sometimes referred to as Swap ID and is used interchangeably.
Locating the Order ID from the swap details modal
After you have started a swap on the Magic Eden app, a swap details modal will show at the bottom of the Swap page. The modal will show information regarding the swap including the Order ID (called Swap ID). You can click the number to copy it.
The Order ID will be made up of numbers and letters in a format similar to this example ID: 20b54ac6-b5a4-4076-9zab-d1fee4eb5823
Locating the Order ID in your history
You can also find your Order ID in the History page. Navigate to the Portfolio page and select the History button located at the top.
Filter for swaps
Once on the History page, select All Activities and then select Swap to filter for swap transactions.
Locating your swap transaction
Identify the swap you are looking for by the tokens being swapped out and in and the amounts. Swaps that have not yet completed will be marked as "Pending". Once you have located the swap you are looking for, click on it open up the transaction details.
Retrieving Order ID from transaction details
Within the transaction details will be information including the Order ID. Click the copy button to copy the Order ID.
