Magic Eden Wallet supports multiple chains, enabling you to swap between various cryptocurrencies and tokens. This guide will provide an overview of the supported currency pairings and how to manage them.

Supported chains

Magic Eden Wallet supports the following chains:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

  • Ethereum (ETH)

  • Solana (SOL)

  • Base (ETH on Base)

  • Polygon (MATIC)

Swapping between currencies

You can swap between most coins and their associated SPL and ERC-20 tokens. Here are the key points to keep in mind:

Direct swaps

You should be able to swap directly between most supported currencies and tokens. For example, swapping ETH to MATIC or SOL to BTC.

Contract address

If you are having trouble finding a specific pair, you can add it manually by entering the contract address of the token.

Intermediate swaps

For some pairings, you might need to perform an intermediate swap involving the native currency. For example, if you want to swap BTC for the BRETT token on Base, you may need to first swap BTC to Base ETH before swapping to BRETT. This intermediate step should not be necessary for most pairs but may be required for some.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with certain pairs on the supported chains, please reach out to our support team for assistance. We will follow up on your request to ensure the pairings are supported.
